Just what does the FortuneCity Mayor do?

The FortuneCity Mayor is a former help minister who is elected by the citizens of FC to be the chief liasion officer between the FC staff, ministers, and citizens. It just so happens that I was self elected and was never part of fortune city. this year we just assumed that the people are a little angry with the capitalists(ex. Clinton,and that guy from india who retired)
They give a weekly adress:http:\\www.fortunecity.com/underworld/sonic/429/adress.htmlto the citizens to keep them up to date with what's new in FortuneCity or as it will now be known,and they also promote community awareness on the issues which maybe I'll give a thought about eventually.

My basic goal as Mayor of SP is to keep everyone communicating, and to promote the expansion of SP as the most active and viable community on the www.
